What we collect
When you book, enquire, join the AC Circle or place an order, we collect the details you give us: name, contact information, appointment preferences, measurements taken at fittings, and the content of your messages.
The website also records basic technical information needed to operate securely (such as IP addresses in server logs). Analytics and marketing trackers are only activated with your consent.
How we use it
To deliver the services you asked for: confirming appointments, producing commissions to your measurements, fulfilling orders, replying to enquiries and — only if you subscribed — sending the AC Circle newsletter.
We do not sell or rent personal information. Measurements are treated as confidential client records.
Third parties
Messages you choose to send via WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under their own terms. Embedded YouTube videos load through YouTube's privacy-enhanced player only when you play them. If email delivery or payment providers are connected, they process data solely to deliver those services.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and request a copy or deletion of your information by writing to akunlanduc@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and in line with applicable Botswana data-protection law.
