Made-to-measure commissions
Because a commission is cut for one body, it cannot be returned for refund — but it is covered by our fit promise: complimentary refinements within 14 days of delivery, and honest advice if a garment needs more than refinement.
Ready-to-wear
Unworn ready-to-wear items with tags attached may be exchanged within 7 days of collection or delivery. Refunds are handled case by case and always honoured where required by consumer law.
Alterations service
We alter garments we made at preferential rates for life, and take on external alteration work where the garment deserves it. Alteration quotes are confirmed before work begins.
