Sizing & Measurement
Ready-to-wear sizes and a guide to measuring yourself at home. For bespoke work, we take twenty-plus measurements at consultation — this page is your starting point.
How to measure
- Chest
- Tape around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms, tape level and snug — not tight. Breathe normally.
- Waist
- Around the natural waist, roughly at navel height, without pulling in.
- Shoulder
- Across the back, from the edge of one shoulder bone to the other. Best taken by a second person.
- Sleeve
- From the shoulder edge, over a slightly bent elbow, to the wrist bone.
- Trouser waist
- Around where you actually wear your trousers — which is rarely the same as your natural waist.
- Inseam
- From the crotch seam to where you want the trouser to end. Wear the shoes you'll wear with the garment.
